Talille bangde( Mackeral rawa fried)
Ingredients:
Mackerals- 2
Haldi powder-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Tamarind paste or kokum water-2 tsp

Salt as required.
Rawa-1 plate.
Coconut oil as required.

Method:
First clean the mackerals nicely and cut them into small medium sized pieces. Apply salt and keep for 10 mins.
Then wash them well 2 times and apply haldi, red chilli powders, tamarind paste or kokum water, salt.
Dip each piece in rawa and coat it with rawa on all sides and shallow fry on tawa on all sides with required oil.

Serve with goan rice and Sol kadi.
