Delicious dessert contest

The 5 th contest in which I participated was the delicious dessert contest held in live at Borda Margao city.

The contest was organized by Sneha Biliye- the famous Fitzone proprietor who takes Zumba and fitness classes for women. She gives weight on the health of all women. So it was the month of December 2018 wherein the banner post of the competition was forwarded to me by one of my friends on watsup. Having contacted Sneha, she insisted that the competition was basically a sweet dish contest, wherein we had to prepare our sweet dish/dessert at home and present it at the venue.

So I decided to take part and tried a new dessert- Dark chocolate cups with white chocolate moose. I studied the dish from net and gave my 100%. The only mistake I did here was I topped my cups with moose with a dalop of whipped cream and due to temperature problem, my whipped cream didn't not stand erect as it was supposed to be, but melted down. I think I lost my marks here. Otherwise my presentation was best. I used small chocolates made by me in square shape mould and also used chocolate sticks, chocochips, tutifuti for my presentation. Everyone appreciated my style of presenting my dish. You can see the pictures.


A basic view of my chocolate cup is shown in below picture. For contest I prepared a white chocolate moose, then at home did a dark chocolate moose for a cup.

It was a great time there and was fun to get to know many more new desserts made by different contestants.

I received a participation certificate and a fruit cocktail as a token of appreciation.
