Tandoori paneer

 Tandoori paneer:



As discussed in my previous post on tandoori prawns, I tried making the same for veg crowd, so for paneer. I have used similar masala for marinating my paneer blocks and shallow fried the pieces on tawa and gave the smoky flavour of coal like I did for tiger prawns.

So do follow my recipe of tandoori prawns to prepare tandoori paneer.

The marination masala is same, also the steps from start till end. 

The ingredient tiger prawns is replaced with paneer. Bring paneer block and cut them into elongated flat pieces, marinate them, shallow fry them on tawa and serve as shown in figures below.

Shallow fried paneer on tawa using butter and oil.



Serve hot with salad or as it is, it tastes yum:
