Cabbage parata

Cabbage parata:

Cabbage is one of the best water containing vegetables nutritious for children's healthy bowel system. It's in fact a very tasty vegetable if eaten raw in the form of salad, however some children's make a fuss out of it to consume any kind of its vegetable. So here I have innovated this new receipe which is nutritious, tasty and will be loved by all kids in their tiffin box.

Let's look at this healthy for kids recipe:

Ingredients:
Chopped cabbage -1 bowl
Chopped onions-1 small size
Wheat flour-1/2 bowl
Ragi flour-1/2 bowl
Chopped coriander leaves-2 tsp
Pau bhaji masala-1 tsp
Salt and sugar as per taste
Oil and butter as required
Grated cheese if required.

Method:
In a pan, add oil, saute chopped onions and chopped cabbage till soft. Add salt, sugar, pau bhaji masala and saute again. Add coriander leaves. Mix. Off the gas and add ragi flour and wheat flour and mix nicely with spoon. Then cool and make dough using little water as required. Then keep the dough aside for 10 mins or refrigerate if you plan making paratas next day morning or roll out paratas and fry on both sides using butter and oil as you prefer.

Serve with grated cheese and fold the parata or with tomato sauce.

Below I have shown you the pictures of how your mixture on pan would look like at final step and your dough.
