Cafreal bangde in a gravy base:

Cafreal bangde or cafreal mackerals is one of my twisted recipes incorporating the original method of chicken cafreal ingredients and using some of my instincts.
Everybody has heard of chicken cafreal recipe, however I have made a twist in this recipe ingredients to use mackerals instead of chicken and prepared this new innovation. It taste almost similar to chicken cafreal. Let's look at the method.
Ingredients:
Mackerals-2-3
Onions-3-4 medium sized
Coriander leaves-1 cup
Green chillies-3-4
Palak( spinach leaves)-3
Jeera-1 tsp
Cinnamon-1 inch stick
Cloves-4-5
Badishep-1 tsp
Peppercorns-1 tsp
Cardamom-2
Ginger-1 inch
Garlic-4-5 pods
Soya sauce-2 tsp
Butter-4-5 tsp
Pure ghee-4-5 tsp
Method:
First clean mackerels and cut into fine pieces as shown below:
Now in the mixer grind chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, jeera, badishep, peppercorns, palak leaf to a fine paste.
Now marinate your mackerel pieces with 2 spoons of above masala, half butter, soya sauce and little salt and keep for 10 mins.

After marination time, take a pan, add little butter and pure ghee and shallow fry above marinated mackeral pieces for 5 mins.

Finally in the cooking vessel, add remaining butter and half pure ghee and add remaining mixer grounded green paste. Saute for 2 mins. Add soya sauce, mix and saute till raw smell goes and your gravy gives nice aroma. Then add above shallow fried mackeral pieces and give a boil. Add required salt and sugar for taste. Off the gas and add remaining pure ghee on top and you are done.
Serve with rice.
