Chicken sweet corn soup
Chicken sweetcorn soup:


Soups are the relieving appetite to sore throat and a chicken sweet corn soup could serve as the best soup for cold. Chicken sweet corn soups are prepared various ways and here I have adapted a slight twisted recipe using sweet corns and a chicken leg piece.
Ingredients:
Chicken leg piece-1
Sweet corn kernels-1 cup
Onion-1
Spring onions-1 bulb along with the greens
Corn flour-1 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Egg-1
Salt as per taste
Water as required
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Butter -1-2 tsp
Method:
First wash chicken leg piece and let it get cooked in a vessel with ginger garlic paste. Once cooked remove out the cooked piece and shred it as shown below:

In the same vessel with chicken cooked stock add sweet corn and boil. Cool and remove the corn out and remove out the kernels carefully.
Now in the main soup cooking vessel add butter, chopped onions and spring onions, then sweet corn kernels, shredded chicken, add chicken stock ( same cooked stock wherein you boiled your chicken and sweet corn) and required water for increasing the quantity of your soup and give a boil. Add salt as required. Meanwhile prepare a paste of cornflour with little water and add in the same. Let it cook. Beat the egg with pinch of salt. At last add pepper powder and beated egg and stir and you are done with your soup.
