Mulyacho parata:

Mulo or raddish is a nutritious root and is healthy for kids as well as adults. But children's make a fuss out of it if told to consume its salad or vegetable. So tried this innovative recipe for kids tiffin which is tasty and healthy too.
Ingredients:
Mulo or raddish-1-2
Wheat flour-1 cup
Chopped onions-1 small
Chopped tomatoes-1/2
Salt as per your taste
Sugar -1 tsp
Oil-1 tsp
Butter- 1 tsp
Pau bhaji masala-1 tsp
Method:
Grate the raddish and apply salt and keep aside for 10 mins.
In a pan add oil, chopped onions and saute. Add chopped tomatoes. Squeeze salt from raddish and add in this. Then saute and salt, sugar, pau bhaji masala. Saute for few secs and off the gas. Add wheat flour and mix. Sprinkle little water and knead into a dough. Rest the dough for 10 mins. Then roll out paratas and fry on tawa with butter on both sides.
Serve with tomato sauce.
