Sungta ( prawns) fry
Sungta ( prawns) fry:

Prawns or sungta as called out in local goan language are one of the tastiest shellfish loved by almost maximum children's and also adults all over the world. Prawns are abundantly found in goan deep seas. Fried prawns are one of the delicious goan fish recipes.
Ingredients:
Prawns- 1 cup
Haldi powder-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Salt as required.
Method:
First clean the prawns by discarding off their shells and removing the black thread embedded on the upper part of each prawn. Remember this black thread is very dangerous to our health and cab lead to gut infection or loose motions if retained inside. So once you finish cleaning them, apply salt and keep for 10 mins.
Then wash them well 2 times and apply haldi, red chilli powders, salt and shallow fry on tawa with required oil.
Serve with rice.
