Mushroom parata with mayonese

Mushroom parata with mayonese:

Yet another delicious tiffin dish for the kids!!!
Yes its mushroom parata. My son is a parata fan, so this has made me try to discover new new kinds of paratas inside the parata world. So tried this recipe which is very simple to prepare with few ingredients but mouth licking one. I bet your child will never say no for it.

Let's look at the recipe:

Ingredients:
Mushrooms-10
Capsicum-1 medium sized
Onion-1 small size
Salt as per taste
Sugar-1 tsp
Veg mayonese-2 tsp
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Butter-2 tsp
Water- few drops

Method:
First wash the mushrooms and wipe them out. Cut into very fine pieces.
Cut capsicum also into very fine pieces. Here I recommend very fine pieces so that final rolling of parata becomes easier and parata do not tear apart.

Next take a pan, add butter, add finely chopped onions, chopped mushrooms and capsicum and saute everything together. Cover and let the veggies cook. Add salt and sugar. Once the veggies turn soft, off the gas. Add mayonese and mix well. Add wheat flour on top and mix again.

Then remove the entire mixture in a bowl and sprinkle few drops of water and knead into dough. Keep the dough covered for 10 mins or overnight into refrigerator if you are planning to give this parata to your child in his tiffin or breakfast.

So coming back to my kneaded dough, roll out into a parata and fry on tawa with butter on both sides.

While packing in tiffin, apply mayonese sauce over the parata and fold into triangles as shown in my picture above.

Well you are done with your parata in few mins the next morning when you prepare the dough the previous night.

Go ahead and try out friends, am sure your child will definitely love it!!.
