Quick dinner egg snack:


Eggs are easy to cook and instant to relieve hunger pranks. Yes they are nutritious and contains abundance of protein and vitamin D required for our strong bones.

Eggs are also substitutes when fish lovers don't get fresh fish from market. They are best when consumed for breakfast, lunch box or a quick dinner snack when all fish gets over at lunch and there is big question mark on ladies as what to prepare for dinner??😁😁

Let's go through the procedure.

Ingredients
Boiled eggs-5-6
Onions-2 medium chopped
Coriander leaves-1 cup
Chat masala-1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder-1-2 tsp (freshly made)

Method:
De-shell the boiled eggs and cut them into 2 halfes.
Now on each half sprinkle pepper powder, then put chopped onions, salt, coriander leaves, chat masala, again pepper powder and chat masala.

Serve immediately.
Note:  You can add tamarind chutney if its available for additional taste.
