Bread pizza
Bread pizza - an easy healthy No-Oven pizza for kids tiffin:

Pizza-each child just love to jump over it...really but instead of giving your child pizza from outside outlets why not try the same at your home to give your child a healthy hygienic pizza so that you are satisfied and also your child happy!!
Now you will think on how to make a home made pizza, so here I would like to share with you a simple and quick bread pizza which I tried in my kitchen for my child making it healthy and gut friendly using processed cheese instead of mozerella cheese and mixed veggies. Its not made in oven but on direct flame or you can say a stove top pizza or a No-Oven pizza.
I have made it gut friendly by using processed cheese which is easy to digest rather than mozerella cheese which is hard on the intestines of our tiny kids stomach. Also I have made it healthy using different veggies which are beneficial to kids health. So let's look at the recipe.
Ingredients:
Bread slices-2
Tomato sauce-2 tsp
Grated carrot-2 tsp
Chopped capsicum-2 tsp
Chopped mushrooms-2 tsp
Chopped onions-2 tsp
Chopped tomatoes-2 tsp
Chopped spring onions-1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder -1 tsp
Butter-2 tsp
Grated processed cheese- 2 cheese cubes
A pan and a tawa for preparing pizza
Method:
First you need to prepare the veggie stuffing. For that take a pan , add a tsp of butter, saute onions along with all veggies mentioned above, add salt and cover till they get soft and cooked. Remove this stuffing in a bowl.
Grate all cheese in a plate.
Now on the flame and on direct flame keep a tawa. Then keep a pan on top of tawa. This method prevents your pizza from getting burned from beneath.
On the pan add a tsp of butter. Apply tomato sauce on bread slices and place them on pan. Put the veggie stuffing and then on top sprinkle pepper powder and finally grated cheese in lots of quantity. Cover with a plate and wait. See your flame should be high, but no need to worry, tawa will pass heat to pan for your pizza to get cooked and for cheese to melt. However your bread base will not get burned but yield you a crispy crust beneath. After 2 mins, just open and check if cheese is melted. If yes, then voila!!! Your pizza is ready. Carefully remove from pan and place in your child's tiffin box or give them to have directly.
