Corn cheese balls

Corn cheese balls- a cheesy snack:



From children to adults, all love to have an evening snack to fulfill their hunger pranks. And when cheese and corn comes into the picture its just the favourite among all. So today let's make a snack with corn, cheese and potatoes.

Ingredients:
Boiled sweet corns-1 cup
Boiled potatoes-3
Grated cheese-1/2 cup
Corn flour-3-4 spoons
Salt as per taste
Sugar-1 tsp
Chaat masala-1 tsp
Rawa-1 plate
Maida -2 tsp
Water as required
Oil for deep frying.

Method:
In a bowl mix boiled sweet corns, grated cheese, corn flour, salt, sugar, chaat masala, boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix everything nicely.

Oil your hands and make small small balls out of this mixture. Keep the balls in refrigerator for 30 mins.

Now make a paste of maida and water. Dip each ball into this mixture and roll over rawa and keep aside.


Keep these coated balls in refrigerator for 30 mins minimum. Then remove and deep fry.

Serve with tomato sauce.

Note: You can keep the coated balls in refrigerator overnight and make snack in morning for kids tiffin box.
