Palak hearts
Palak hearts ( a unique puri recipe in a heart shape for kids):
Puri- the word makes every kid jump on their feet. Puris are much loved by them as compared to chapaties or Roti's. But a parent is always conscious about giving their kids a healthy tiffin box. Plain puris made out of wheat are the common ones prepared in every household, however here I have tried to include palak vegetable in the puris to make them more healthy for kids.
Palak vegetable is not liked by most of the kids and they hate consuming it even if we explain to them the health benefits of the same. So I thought if we play an hide and seek game with palak, they would not even be able to recognize it in their dish. So I tried this recipe of my own. Here I made a combination of palak and garlic which gives an unique taste and aroma to the puris.
When I prepared these puris for the first time, my child really loved them and he said that it tasted like chicken for him. From that day onwards, these puris are one of the best tiffin dish for my kid at least twice a week. Palak is an healthy vegetable containing lot of iron, fibre, calcium which is required for the development of kids. So including this palak in your kids tiffin in the form of puris are most welcomed by them as well as their parents.
So let's look at the recipe.

Palak leaves-3-4
