Instant Butter paneer

Instant Butter paneer ( with Suhana butter paneer masala):


Whenever you are in a hurry at your morning chores, and you need to prepare a lovely breakfast, a gravy to go with your paratas then the best instant recipe is with ready-mix suhana packets. Suhana paneer ready-mix comes into various types like paneer butter masala, paneer Tikka masala, paneer makhanwala, and also ranges from veg paneer to non chicken and biryani. You can choose from various ranges.

Today I have prepared Butter paneer using Suhana Butter paneer masala.


Ingredients and method:

Grind 2 medium sized tomatoes to a paste.

Make a paste of Suhana Butter paneer ready-mix with required milk-1 cup approx will be fine.

Heat a pan. Add 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp butter. Add grinded tomtatoes. Saute well till color changes and oil oozes out. Add 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder. Saute well.

( You can add red chilli powder too if you want little spicyness to your gravy. Also you can add onion paste for more flavour before tomato paste)

Add Suhana paste made with milk. Saute well. Add water 1 cup. Saute well. 

Add paneer pieces, little salt and 1/2 tsp sugar to adjust the flavour.

Add freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Add butter on top. ( You can add fresh cream if available- it's optional)

Add crushed kasoorimethi. This gives an awesome restaurant flavour to your dish.

You are done.


Serve with parata.
