Chicken chilly:

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken -500gms
Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsps
Curd or yogurt-2-3 tbsps
Pepper powder-2 tsps
Corn flour-2 tbps
Maida or refined flour-2 tbsps
Sugar-1 tsp
Salt as per required
Oil as required
Sauces-soya sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce-2 tsps each.
Water-half cup
Onions-1 medium finely chopped and 1 chopped into big fat pieces
Capsicum- 1 cut into big fat pieces
Garlic cloves-10 finely chopped
Green chillies-5-6 cut into long slits
Spring onions for garnish
Method:
Marination:
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, curd or yogurt, salt, pepper powder, soya sauce. Keep for 1 hr
Then mix maida or refined flour and corn flour and keep aside for another 10 mins
Deep fry the chicken pieces until cooked turning on both sides in a kadai and keep aside
Final step:
Heat a pan, add oil, add garlic saute. Then add green chillies and saute. Add chopped onions and saute. Then add fat big pieces of onion and capsicum. Saute well.
Add fried chicken pieces and give a stir.
Now add all the sauces, little salt, sugar, stir.
Now add cornflour in a bowl, add water and add this mix into above. Add more water if u need a gravy base. Stir well. Or cook till you get a thick consistency.
Garnish with spring onions.
Serve hot!!
